How It Works

Step 1 – Choose Your Staircase

Select the staircase layout that best suits your project from our available options and complete your purchase online. Don't worry if the image doesn't quite match your layout just choose one with the features you require single winder / double winder / handrail etc. send us your measurements and we will handle the rest.

Step 2 – Send Us Your Measurements

After ordering, we’ll contact you to request a few simple measurements, including your floor-to-floor height and other key dimensions.

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert.

You can send us:

• Your measurements
• A hand-drawn sketch
• An architect’s drawing
• Building plans
• Photographs of the area

If you need any help, our experienced team is only a message or phone call away.

Step 3 – We Produce Your Drawing

Using the information you provide, our staircase designers will create a detailed manufacturing drawing showing exactly what will be produced.

Step 4 – Your Approval

Nothing is manufactured until you approve your drawing.

This gives you complete peace of mind that every detail is correct before production begins.

Step 5 – Manufacturing

Once approved, your staircase is manufactured in our UK workshop using precision machinery and quality materials before being carefully packaged for delivery.

Please let us know if you would like your staircase flat packed, they are supplied with all straight runs assembled as default.
